before you begin to place a CVC?

Like all anesthesiological procedures, central venous catheterization requires careful preparation on the part of the physician and the patient. In addition to conducting a careful anamnesis and determining the patient´s blood coagulation, it is necessary to explain the benefits and risks of inserting a central venous catheter to the patient.
